STATIMAT CU

Special characteristics of the STATIMAT CU model are a force measuring range of 100 N, an innovative PC based control technique, a somewhat reduced yarn delivery speed into the test section compared to the ME model, together with a package changer for up to 30 yarn packages. The STATIMAT CU cannot be equipped with a nip-roller feed and AUTOCOUNT.

System components

Test section:

2 pneumatic yarn clamps, automatic linear threading, min. gauge length 50 mm, max. travel of draw-off clamp 860 mm for a 100 mm gauge length, draw-off clamp speed 1 - 5000 mm/min.

Package changer:

Standard version with 10 positions, expandable to 30 positions.

Measuring systems:

Carrier frequency bridge with 100N DMS-load cell.

Other ranges as options.

Elongation measuring device with resolver, resolution 2 µm.

Mains supply:

230 V, 50 (60) Hz, current requirement approx. 1 A.

Compressed air supply:

min. 5 bar, 150 l/min.
