This is true in a double sense:

As the successors to late Mr. Herbert Stein, at his time being the sole proprietor of Textechno, his descendants and MD Dr. Ulrich Mörschel still hold 100 percent of the shares of the company. Keeping Textechno under control of the family and avoiding incalculable outside financing as well as intervention of private equity business has always been a prime objective.

But it is also a family enterprise with regard to the people who work at Textechno, many of them for more than 25 years, and the majority for more than 10 years. Fluctuation among our colleagues is traditionally very low, which helps to keep know-how in-house and offer service even for the oldest products. Such strong relationship is not only a proof of the good working atmosphere, secure jobs or fair shares of the company’s success – it also demonstrates the pleasure of engagement in a most challenging mission: Creating sophisticated equipment for the best product quality.
